Underwater World
青岛海底世界
Built around China’s first aquarium (1932), Underwater World features an 86m moving walkway through a transparent tunnel — sharks, rays, sea turtles, and fish glide overhead. Exhibits: marine biology, jellyfish gallery, touch pool, daily feeding shows. Entirely indoors — excellent rainy-day option. Compared to newer mega-aquariums, Underwater World feels older and more academic, but the tunnel experience and the historic 1932 building give it unique character. Plan 2-3 hours.
