Badaguan Scenic Area

八大关 (Ba Da Guan)

Badaguan is Qingdao’s most enchanting neighborhood — a grid of tree-lined streets named after famous Chinese military passes. Over 200 villas represent Gothic, Baroque, Rococo, and Art Deco styles. Spring brings cherry blossoms to Shaoguan Road; autumn transforms Jiayuguan Road into golden ginkgo. It is a popular wedding photography destination. Huashi Lou (Flower Stone Villa, Y=8.50) is a granite castle open to visitors. Free to wander.
